The Nutmeg’s IMPACT program makes an IMPACT!

In the Warner Theatre’s Nancy Marine Studio, the Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory’s professional dance production known as “IMPACT”, a repertoire of dancers choreographed by A-list ballet masters, is ready to astound.

With a mix of various styles from classical ballet to contemporary, the elite dancers of the Nutmeg Ballet showcase their athleticism, grace, artistry and skill on stage while the audience is taken through a journey through dance.

On Friday night, a VIP reception and dress rehearsal thrilled the attendees. Performances by Alexandra Lopez, Riley McGregor, Thel Moore, Mantanya Solomon, and gold medal winner Ben Youngstone were extraordinary and each and every dancer in The Nutmeg and Torrington School of Ballet had their time to shine. A MOMIX Botantica dance entitled MARIGOLDS was a dazzling and spectacular highlight of the night.

When you go to show, make sure to go early so you check out the history of the Nutmeg exhibit. There are costumes on display, photos from past performances and dancers, an ongoing video of some prior shows like Coppelia and a showcase of the gold medals won by Victoria Mazzarelli and Ben Youngstone.

Performances are Saturday 3/22/2014 at 8pm and Sunday 3/23/2014 at 2pm

Now is the time to see great artistry of The Nutmeg! See you there! For Ticket Information visit www.warnertheatre.org or call 860.489.7180
